Mio KAKEI

Mio Kakei is a young woman with brown hair and glasses who works as a detective for the Neuro Police Department. She is a skilled investigator and is often partnered with Neuro, a psychic detective who can read people's minds. Mio is a no-nonsense kind of person who is not afraid to get her hands dirty. She is also very loyal to her friends and colleagues. One day, Mio is assigned to a case involving a series of murders that have been committed by a mysterious killer. The killer leaves behind a calling card at each crime scene, which is a drawing of a skull with a rose in its mouth. Mio and Neuro begin to investigate the case, and they soon discover that the killer is a young woman named Sakura. Sakura is a former student of Neuro's, and she is obsessed with him. She believes that Neuro is the only one who can understand her, and she wants to be with him forever. Mio and Neuro track down Sakura, and they confront her.
